Blake A. Dahlquist

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Allow me to welcome you to BAD Enterprises! As the Founder, I have a great honor of working with the fantastic team of people listed on this page!

So who exactly am I? I am a Private Pilot, a businessman, and a dedicated individual who believes in proper business deals. Business has always been one of my passions, and flying is right up there with it! Combining both of those passions is how this all came to be. I love having the opportunity to meet new people each and every day, and being a business owner allows me to do that. I have a top of the line team of classmates and friends who are just as excited to work to make this business the best one possible. I look forward to showing you why we are better than the rest!

BAD Enterprises will continue to grow in more ways than one, but in order for us to grow, our fantastic team of people will continue pushing the boundaries of business and relationships. Check out our top of the line team below!

Michael R. Miller

Chief Operations Officer

Hi! My name is Michael Miller and I am the Chief Operations Officer at BAD Enterprises. I would like to be one of the first to welcome you and thank you for your interest in our company!

A little bit about myself; I am a 20 year old West Michigan resident. Besides having the pleasure of working with BAD Enterprises, I have the privilege of working within the community as a Basic Emergency Medical Technician for American Medical Response – West Michigan. I am enrolled at Grand Rapids Community College pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice with a discipline in law enforcement and a minor in Juvenile Counseling and Justice. I love what I do and feel privileged to serve not only with BAD Enterprises but the West Michigan Community as well.

Some may think how a 20 year old got involved with such a unique and well-driven company such as BAD Enterprises! It all started my junior year of high school, at West Michigan Aviation Academy, where a fellow classmate and very good friend named Blake Dahlquist approached me to pitch an idea. He had what I thought at the time was a far-fetched one called Fly By Light Aerospace, and he asked if I would be willing to come on board and help him make it a reality. Of course I couldn’t have been more excited to help! A few years later, we are further developed as a company than I ever thought we would be. I am to this day more than honored to be apart of a great community based company with values surrounded by honesty and satisfaction of our beloved customers.

Rosa Betten

Chief Visionary Officer

Hi, my name is Rosa Betten, and I’m 20 years old. I live in West Michigan and I’m currently enrolled in Montcalm Community College. I am currently pursuing a marketing degree while working as a marketer for MFP Automation Engineering in Hudsonville.

I personally started working with Blake in high school on small projects, and from there the ideas and visions started to grow. I am proud to say that there are great things to come in the near future for us, and I’m proud to be part of it from the beginning!

Anthony J. Burns

Chief Innovation Officer

I grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and lived there until the end of high school. At the age of 13, I started working as an electricians assistant and continued that pursuit until I graduated high school. Once I graduated, I enlisted in the US Army where I began my education as an Unmanned Aerial System Operator. I am 3 credit hours away from finishing my associates degree in Unmanned Aviation operations, from which I plan to start my associates in graphic design, and a bachelors in business management.

Cameron Versluis

Web Designer & Developer

As a web designer and developer, I work to merge the worlds of aesthetic value and technical structure. I have been a web developer since I was ten years old, and have always swam with the tide of changing web trends. My connection with BAD Enterprises began as I observed the integrity, authenticity, and ingenuity of Blake and his partners. I am excited to be part of the forward-thinking world! As hobbies, I like to extend my creativity by playing the drums, writing, and cooking paleo food.

Jon DeLange

Chief Investment Officer

Since growing up on the family farm, I’ve always been thinking business. I’m bringing experience in digital marketing, professional fundraising, political campaigns, video and written communications, product management, and sales to the team. I also own Jumpsix Marketing Grand Rapids, a full service digital marketing company. I’m always up for an adventure. My most recent expedition was with my brother exploring Singapore, Singapore

Austin Burns

Chief Design Officer

Hello, my name is Austin Burns! I graduated high school from West Michigan Aviation Academy in 2015. I first met Blake with an interest in being a design officer for Fly by Light Aerospace. I started my education in design in 7th grade by taking a Mechanical Drafting class. Throughout my education, I developed interests in design by specifying my classes to include Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, and Digital Engineering. As part of the newest generation in technology, I also took Computer Science and Engineering, as well as Information Technologies and Web Design.

After the completion of high school I sought out a path of leadership and problem solving with the United States Army as an Infantryman. I plan to take college courses on Graphic Design, Information Technology, and Business Management. I take great pride in working with my colleagues at BAD Enterprises after my military career to broaden my reach into the new world of technologies. I would be honored to have you be a part of our vision of the future! Welcome to BAD Enterprises!
